Dreams - St Helens

From entering the store we were greeted by Andrew who explained the store layout. We were left to browse at our leisure and were offered refreshments. After explaining what we required the various options were explained with in depth knowledge of the products available for our requirements. The purchasing process was made quickly and easily. Having had a previous bad experience of a high street bed supplier we felt the whole experience was a pleasure thanks to Andrew and the branch manager

Laura, the sales assistant, was friendly and very knowledgeable. She provided information on all products I questioned and just overall very, very helpful!

We were very happy with the knowledge and the assistance of the member of staff in helping us to chose the correct bed and mattress. We also enquired about wardrobes, Laura was so helpful there as well.

We were greeted when we entered the store by a friendly assistant we were offered a hot drink the assistant Julie politely enquirer if we knew what type of mattress we had in mind and then patiently showed us nearly every mattress she felt met our requirements I would recommend Dreams and have done in the past to other family members great quality with a fair price tag

Staff came over to us to offer help and took us around store showing and explaining the different products.very friendly staff and offered free hot drinks.coffee was very good.

The store colleague explained to us very clearly the different mattresses. We were encouraged to try different beds. We didn't feel rushed and took out time.

The staff (all of them) where very helpful. We arrived shortly before they closed, and they didnt hurry us out of the shop or rush any part of the process!!! Extremely friendly and helpful!!
