All the staff were friendly and ensured I had the right product for me and when I wasn't sure I'd ordered the right finish of the bed I'd ordered they emailed the company to confirm I was getting the finish I wanted. They made us feel at home and Andrew who guided us through our mattress selection didn't hover over us while we was trying each one making it a more relaxing experience.

Service was of a high standard.

The sales assistant Andy was very helpful and very knowledgeable. It's a difficult choice when selecting the correct mattress/bed but having his help was invaluable. There are a huge display of all kinds of beds so the choice is exceptional. Very happy with the service and would recommend and retune again. Good work Dreams.
