Dreams - St Helens

The efficiency of all 3 store assistance we was showed around the store his different quality of bed and mattresses was explained (I had to ask more than twice because I’m a little forgetful) but he was still as efficient as the first time I asked.

It was the first time I have been to the store, I was greeted by a young gentleman named Andy, he was extremely pleasant and helpful and offered me a coffee.. I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for so Andy provided me with different options to choose from within my budget he also told me to browse around the store to see if there was anything I liked.. I didn't feel under pressure to buy a very pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience..

Andy was very informative and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. He also gave us space and privacy and did not "hover" or make us feel rushed or uncomfortable.

The staff were nice and helpful.

The assistance we got from Kevin was very good, he give us the information we required to help us with making our choice of bed without applying any pressure to buy

kevin made the whole experience of buying a bed totally stress free,explained in detail everything about the different mattress and was the most polite person we have ever met. we would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family to buy from dreams.
