Great Customer Service from James. Able to browse without being hassled. Quality of beds etc great.

I rang the store before visiting to ensure that they had what I needed. On arrival I was greeted politely with the staff member I spoke to and he proceeded to show me my options. The staff member explained the features and benefits of each option and allowed me time to try and decide whilst providing a pillow for testing. The staff member was polite whilst taking my details and explained my my warranty and returns clearly. The staff member took the mattress’s out himself and put it in the car to which I was extremely grateful for.

Good knowledge of product's, was not pushing in anyway, good atmosphere within the shop and able to take advantage of the new technology ie the test bed.

We were given the opportunity to use the bed that suggests a mattress and we’re guided through our different options. Ashley gave us lots of information which allowed us to choose our mattress, duvet and pillows.

Ashley came over straight away, we explained our current matress was too soft. Ashley took us to the sleep machine, gave us pillows that suited our sleep style. A very easy experience

Friendly, knowledgeable and polite service. Andrew listened to our requirements and provided us with all the information we needed without baffling us with science. The delivery team were friendly and polite and in and out in 20 mins. Good service all around.
