Kevin, the member of staff who dealt with our purchase, was really helpful whilst we were deciding on our purchase and we would deal with him again for any future purchases. He was very professional and had excellent customer service skills . He made us welcome even offering us coffee - which was really good.

Laura who served us was fantastic she was very friendly and knew everything about beds and mattress she was so kind and helpful, she is a credit to dreams

From entering the store the assistant greeted us and asked what we were looking for. He understood our requirements right away and directed us to suitable items. He asked if we would like a drink. The assistant allowed us to browse on our own but was on hand to answer any queries and was very knowledgable about different mattresses and bases etc. He was efficient and friendly taking our order, providing information about each stage.
