The staff member Kevin was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were made to feel that we were valued customers. The time to delivery was great and done to suit us. 2 very satisfied customers

We are highly satisfied as we found the ideal bed at the ideal price as soon as we entered the store. The store assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable and offered us a drink whilst we browsed. Also he was helpful he wasn't 'in our faces' which really puts me off and I would have walked out the store as I have previously were there are over zealous salespeople. Even though he tried to sell 'extras' we didn't feel pressured but understood that he was just making us aware of what was on offer. Its a shame the delivery couldn't be earlier than 2 weeks but that would not stop me recommending or returning to Dreams. Thanks

I had travelled up from the Midlands on the Saturday and had not had a great journey. I am moving back to the NW and wanted to purchase a new mattress. I got parked right outside the store and as I walked in was greeted straight away. I explained my situation and the first thing I was offered was a cup of tea.....bliss! Julie explained all of the mattress options and ensured I tried out various ones before deciding on my purchase. Really great service from Julie and her colleague (apologies I did not catch her name) and service you cannot buy from the internet. Well done and thank you. Mark Naughton

Laura was amazing . Nothing was too much trouble even if we asked for quotes for a few alternatives . She was very knowledgeable and took time to fully explain all our options.

The salesman was quite knowledgeable of the products available and our needs with regard to our requirements.

The first shop where we could actually see wardrobes instead of on-line. Kevin was helpful but not too helpful, gave us time on our own and came back when asked to. Free coffee supplied when ordering went down very well. Bed has already been delivered and wardrobes all on order. We will go back and buy a sofa bed around xmas time.
