LOVELY SALES ASSISTANT LAURA, VERY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE A LOVELY LADY AND COULDN'T DO ENOUGH FOR US. LOVELY CLEAN SHOWROOM AND DIDN'T FEEL PRESSURED AT ALL.

Not knowing anything about mattresses until calling into the store and then finding out all the different kinds on offer without the high sell was a breath of fresh air. Julie, who gave us the information was the right amount of people person\sales person.

Kevin was very knowledgable about the beds easy to talk to explained everything to us , And listened to our needs also the lady didn’t get her name .

Both Kevin and Richard were very helpful with everything we needed.Helped us to get the best deal for our money, and both very patient as we were quite unsure of what we really wanted. Good customer care from both of them.

Friendly helpful staff, very good product knowledge. Didn't feel pressured in any way to buy, after my questions where answered I felt comfortable browsing on my own. I was unsure which mattress would suit me best, the member of staff helped me offering advice, and took me to some different ones to try. I felt the member of staff gave me they're complete attention, and didn't rush me in any way.

It was like home from home,we'd visited the store 2 days previous to look and decide when to purchase,there was no pressure to purchase that day. When we returned we sought out the young man we had previously spoken to and said we would like to go ahead with the product we originally saw. We were then asked by another member of staff if we would like a coffee ,or tea whilst we were finalising our purchase. Was so impressed by the courtesy and friendliness of staff and the knowledge they had of goods on display.Hats off to Dreams for this experience was a bit sorry when it was time to leave. Will definitely return when my bed needs replacing

From the ordering over phone with KEVIN who was very helpful we found the whole experience efficient especially with messages informing us of the time slot and the comfort of the mattress is excellent! Thank you Dreams - Mrs Tickle
