Andy and his colleague were fantastic. They asked the right questions, answered all of ours and gave good advice. We purchased there partially because we liked them so much and felt the service was great. The product appears to be high quality and very comfortable so far.

THE SALES ASSISTANT WAS VERY FRIENDLY HAD GOOD KNOLLEGE AND WAS VERY EFFICIANT IN SORTING OUR NEEDS

The sales assistants were very helpful to myself and my friend. We were even offered a cup of coffee as soon as we walked into the showroom 🙂🙂👍 We were not rushed into making a decision and we were encouraged to try different mattresses even though I had gone in the shop more or less knowing the mattress I wanted (as my son had previously bought one from the same shop and highly recommended I went to the same place) but the store assistant wanted to make sure I tried various mattresses so that I was completely sure of my decision, when he could quite easily have made a very quick sale. Another gentleman took all the details down for delivery etc and also couldn't have been more polite and helpful. A good sale experience all round. These two gentleman deserve a high five ✋🤚 from their bosses! I more than likely will be buying another mattress in the New year and will definitely return to the St Helens branch.

The staff, Laura & Rich were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They gave us plenty of time to make our selection and to try out the beds. We did not feel rushed at all. Laura was fantastic at helping us to choose our mattress and process our order while Rich even entertained our 2 children. We were still in the shop after closing time but you wouldn't have know this as the service was not compromised at all. Great service from Laura & Rich at St Helens.

The staff were not straight at you as soon as you got through the door. They allowed you a few minutes to look around.

Was served by friendly staff. Requests listened to and quickly offered product. Needed product in a limited time and this was sorted. Alternatives offered if required. Details of delivery clearly given. Altogether a very satisfactory visit. Thank you.
