Upon arrival. entering the store Richard welcomed us with a cheery smile and an offer of a drink and he offered assistance. We informed him of our needs and he was exceptionally informative of the products, he then left us to browse the stock, no pressure at any time. When we chose our mattress he went through the finance options and all went through very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a very pleasurable experience.

We were very pleased with Andrews product knowledge, his customer service skills and also pleased with the mattress we have chosen and the price.

The sales assistant, Julie, came to us when we came in, we explained exactly what type of bed we were looking for and she showed us several options for our needs, allowed us time to try each bed in turn, offered us refreshments, and was more than helpful with our purchase and choice of material cover, couldn't have been more helpful.

Really happy with the customer service I received, was offered lots of hot drinks, was given lots of information by Andy, who was very patient with me. I wasn't put under any pressure to buy anything. Was told to relax and try out the mattresses so I got a good feel for them

The assistant (Julie) was very friendly, gave us the information we needed but then stepped back to give us time to think about our purchase.

The whole process was easy. Good range of products to look at and information supplied by Andrew. Shop was accessible and well laid out.
