Dreams - St Helens

When I arrived I asked the assistant what the difference between the springs in the beds, the assistant was fully informative giving the information to make my choice, I was asking lots of questions and they were answered to my satisfaction, I was then left for a short time to think about the information that had been given, the assistant returned and asked if there was anything else she could help me with. The assistant gave me the information I required and time to decided what I wanted to do. I didn't feel pressured so felt relaxed and happy with my experience with the store and assistant.

I had told Laura I'd had a spinal operation and that I suffer severely with my back,Laura then went on to show different mattresses/beds that would suit me with the problems I have with my back,she did ask if I had a price in mind in which I said 500,Laura was honest with me(which I liked)and said I probably would be better paying a better price as it was to do with my back/health(I agreed with her and appreciated her honesty)Laura also talked me through different firmness,springs and explained the differencess between the orthaepedic &tempur mattress(I was very happy with this)overall I was very satisfied with the help and patience from Laura and very happy that she was honest with me,especially because of my back problems,because of Laura's patience and honesy I made my decision on the bed I chose which I'm sure I will get plenty of good sleeps and good support for my back.thanks a lot Laura

I was served by Laura, I have an ongoing medical condition and she was very knowledgeable about the best type of mattress for me to help reduce my discomfort and get a good nights sleep

Andy, the sales adviser who dealt with us, was extremely polite and knowledgable. He listened to our needs and recommended what he thought best. We were never once pushed or pressured into a purchase which is the most important thing for us.

The lady that helped us, Julie was very knowledgeable but also let us make our own min up without any pressure. We are returning customers at this site
