Dreams - St Helens

I found shopping at Dreams was a lot better than i thought, to be honest was dreading going looking for a new mattress, but from the moment we stepped in to the store we were put as ease with Richard the store manager.

We didn’t expect to buy a bed on the day to be honest, myself and my husband just wanted to have a look and see what was available within our budget. Kevin, who served us in the St. Helens branch was so helpfull explaining the prices of beds and the layout of the store. He also went on to explain matteresses and how they work, this is important to me as my husband has a bad back so Kevin described why the Tempur mattress was a better choice, so we went with that one! I was hesitant as me and my husband prefer different styles of mattresses but Kevin won me over after pointing out the confident 10 year warranty on the particular mattress we purchased. We ended up spending more then I’d like but I was more then happy to do this as I know we have a high quality bed, that is not only beautiful but practical. Kevin was so polite and even left us to discuss our finances privately so that we could make an honest decision, we really appreciated this as not many people do that. Overall great experience, will definitely be going back for future purchases and I have already told everyone to head to the store ASAP with the fantastic sales on at the moment. Thanks Dreams!!!

Was greeted in arrival .store worker knew the item I mentioned I seen online and when asked if they had a mattress in to try he prompted me to the location.worker was not pushy like some can be. Was taken to the payment location and asked if I would like a drink other co worker was chatty.overall a nice experience .Thanks

Friendlyness of staff and how helpful he was.

We were welcomed to the store with a pleasant greeting. We were asked for some basic details around the purpose of our visit and what we were looking for, provided with some guidance around the color coding of the bed mattresses and then left to browse without feeling any pressure. However, the sales people were still available when we had questions and provided prompt support in answering any queries. We were also offered a drink at the point of entering the shop and whilst placing our order with the sales person at their desk. Throughout the experience was very satisfying, good customer service and warm welcome. Would recommend to family and friends.
