Colleague (Andy) went out of their way to provide a quality service. He offered his assistance when I came to store and was there throughout the course of my store trip to provide information when needed. He was available the whole time for any questions I might ask and made me feel comfortable enough to approach him, while also giving me time and space to have a proper look around and have a think about which product I would like. He offered beverages and was overall extremely helpful. As a result, the experience was a great one and I left the store with the items I had in mind and feeling very satisfied.

I am highly satisfied with my experience in the St Helens Dream store as upon entering the premises I was greeted by my server, Andy, who was extremely friendly towards me and offered refreshments to me as I was looking through the store. He would come over to me every so often to check on me and see if there was anything to do to help or answer any questions I may of had. Once I had decided on the product that I wanted to buy, the checkout process went extremely smoothly with no hiccups thanks to Andy's clear knowledge of the systems he was working with.

Greeted on entry and offered a hot drink. Listened to, offered very good advice. Did not feel rushed. Fantastic price for the product and interest free credit. Quick delivery and removal of old bed.

I must admit, I would rarely go to the effort of completing a Survey like this. However, I found the staff to be so approachable, helpful and accommodating, I felt I must complete some feedback. Taking into consideration the time I entered the store, close to closing time, I found the staff unbelievably positive and helpful, in particular Kevin. We were offered complimentary tea/coffee and found Kevin to give enough information on the various products, whilst allowing time for both me and my partner to discuss our preferred mattresses. Very impressed.

We visited the St Helens store and were greeted by a lovely helpful assistant Laura. We informed her we were looking for and Laura showed us where to find everything we needed. We were offered drinks while we looked which was greatly appreciated. Laura explained everything we needed to know about both the bed and mattress, but left us alone to discuss what we wanted, which is nice as doesn't happen in lots of stores. Our purchase was easy and well explained, Laura was very friendly and helpful which made it much easier. We will certainly recommend Dreams to friends and return when we next require a new bed or mattress. Thank you Dreams

Sales staff very helpful and offered refreshments while we looked around gave me information on what I wanted and were very friendly . On paying sales staff again we're helpful giving me all the options. I would always go to dreams first if i ever need a bed cant fault the products and staff .

The assistant (Laura) was so friendly, easy to talk to and didnt make us feel pressured or like we were wasting time at any point. Upon speaking to Laura, she quickly figured out what style we liked, what quality we wanted and how much storage was important for us. The showroom had enough on display for us and Laura was specifically interested in us, and our son, who is 18 months and running a mock in the showroom! She figured out our budgets as we are saving for our wedding and even though this was a big spend for us ontop of saving for the wedding, she made sure the payments suited our budget. We were impressed with the quality of the drawer solutions to storage and fell in love with the Tempur range! We ordered a beautiful winged frame with a Tempur matress and pillows. It was well over the price we wanted to spend but we know we have a good product! The monthly payments will be finished just before the wedding in Croatia and so we will have our bed all paid for just in time for some extra spends for our family holiday and wedding.
