Dreams - St Helens

Upon arrival at the store we was greeted by a young gentleman Andrew, he offered us both tea/coffee and if we needed any assistance to just ask for any help. the cleanliness of the store and beds where spectacular. I was looking for a bed and also needed a pillow to go with this as I have specific needs. Andrew was available anytime we needed any assistance in store, and the product knowledge of the beds/pillows was exceptional. Andrew was very professional and also very easy to talk to he made our purchasing simple, and entertained us the duration we was there. The price of a bed wouldn't matter for me as my specific needs, as long as the bed does its job I am a happy customer. When we sat down to do the sales process Andrew made us feel right at home very welcoming, friendly and any questions you had fulfilled every answer. A real credit to your staff, I wish more stores had people like this. Andrew certainly went the extra mile, couldn't thank him enough.

Was given the help i needed to choose the item with the options of taking away rhe old bed so we dont need to worry about disposing of them

Andrew the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and gave us space to try and decided which product to choose.

Knowledgeable staff were able to point us in the right direction after listening to our requirements. Good range of products.

The bed I wanted was found straight away. Assistance was given straight away. Drinks were offered whilst we looked around. He showed us around the store and pointed out where different items were located.

The assistant Andy was very knowledgeable about the products in store, he listened to our needs and was very helpful and friendly

Very friendly staff with knowledge of the products we were looking for at the best price . The mix and match of base ,bed and mattress were a plus

My wife and I have just moved from East Sussex and it being pretty stressful it was nice to have Andrew at dreams taking his time and spending has long as we liked looking and answering any queries may have had. in the end we found just the bed to suit my wife and I. well done, and great service from all Dreams staff.

As we walked into the shop we where greeted with a smile and hello from all staff , even offered cup of tea or coffee,so friendly. what i liked most was being able to wander around first and have a look then the salesman named Kevin came and started to explain the different qualities of the beds and mattresses we where never rushed could try out the beds so relaxed and stress free..Its the first time ive ever bought such an important item out of the first shop i went in usually look around ,but could not better the prices very affordable to sum up the shop was clean airy light and friendly even delivery is all straight forward it even made parting with our money enjoyable knowing it was going to such a quality friendly shop WELL DONE x

After entering the shop we had a look around before being asked what we were looking for as you go in some shops and they pounce on you soon as you get in . Kevin spoke to us put us in the right direction after trying a few mattresses we pick the one we wanted and it was the right price we were offered a coffee but we declined as we are going to Costa as they do cake there . We will be back if we want anything else and we will recommend you to all our friends as we got service
