We were assisted by a very friendly member of staff who was very approachable & helpful. (His name was Andy). W had a rough idea of what we wanted and he was able to guide us through the shopping process. Excellent custom service.

Employees were very friendly and took their time with us (Kevin/Andrew) Pricing was easy to understand and very good value Quality of the mattress, bed & pillows are brilliant

The assistant Andrew greeted myself and my daughter with a nice smile, he was extremely helpful, polite, professional and knowledgeable, he allowed us to browse without us feeling pressured in anyway, we initially only went to browse and compare price information, but ended up purchasing the bed, and are very pleased and satisfied, I'm looking to purchase another bed soon, and will definitely go back to dreams and ask for Andrew.

An excellent choice and range of products.The sales assistant,Kevin,was very good!!! He was courteous and knew the products very well indeed.He didn't hassle us,but was there if we needed help with anything.

Sales assistant Andy, was very welcoming and did not pressurise us. He had very good knowledge of the mattresses we were looking at. Very nice person and made a fab coffee for us too.
