Had no problems , very helpful , and was offered a drink

Andy was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted asked us questions and then he showed us the options available that met our requirements.

Very friendly service given to me and my Dad by Laura from the St.Helen's branch. She understood our price range and imitations immediately and gave realistic options that worked around me and my allergic needs with my skin condition and did so in a happy manner. She could be a little more clam, came over too excited but we did not mind as it showed her enthusiasm but could come over too aggressive to others. I as extremely pleased with the offers and the way she went beyond showing me an in-between option of 2 mattress I liked but thought were too firm or too soft. Ended the purchase with a nice talk and wish us a good day and we did the same happy with our purchase and can not wait for the bed and mattress to be delivered.

As a customer for the first time to dreams , we definitely feel after choosing from yourselves or competitor stores, dreams was the correct choice for us, the quality of the product, the knowledge we received from multiple stores itself but when we decided to go look at your store in St. Helens, we felt it was the time to buy. We was approached by your assistant, Andy. He asked us would we need any help and the store was quiet so we did get full attention, which was fab until another customer came in and he did equal his time fairly to us both, which was very well handled and he helped us when needed instead of rushing us through our buying process. He answered every question I had, with no hesitation and I felt he really did cater for our needs. I never felt pushed into a sale but he sold items very beneficially and this was why we made the purchase. Over all Andy was fantastic help, made us feel very welcome and even helped us out with our postcode delivery issue of our new home. So we’re more than happy to leave this feedback.

The store assistant 'Andy' was extremely friendly and helpful. We had two children with us at the time and Andy made sure they were occupied throughout our visit. He asked if we would like a hot drink while we looked around the store and gave our two children a hot chocolate while our order was being taken which I thought was a lovely touch. Our children tend to get a little bored and frustrated when shopping for household items but the comment from my oldest (who is 11) was 'This is the best shop ever!!' Andy also took the time to explain all the different types of mattresses available as this can be a bit overwhelming when there are so many to choose from. We left the store feeling happy with our purchase and confident that our new bed will be just 'Perfect'.

Kevin the gentleman who helped us at the St. Helens branch was VERY helpful! He provided assistance, without being pushy, and really helped us with our purchase. He was able to give us a delivery date and was very knowledgable. He made the experience great!

Andy the man in the shop welcomed us when we arrrived asking us a few times if we would like a drink, but not making us feel harrassed, he was very knowledgable an appologised if he had to go see other customers he really was multi-tasking, very polite, when we sat with him to purchase our bed he went through the boring bits with humour so for once i was constantly listening, he explained after care well an we came out the shop feelin like we had a good deal an not like we had been ripped off, an absolute asset to your team, well done Andy x ( and i think he was on his own) x
