Andy was very helpful and patient with us providing and excellent service leading to us finding the bed of our dreams !

Staff where brilliant not pushey even offerd me & my wife a cup of tea.. All I can say the store is a credit to your company ..well dun st helens Going to get my mum up there for her new bed ))

Laura the team member was very friendly and approachable and we instantly felt at ease. Laura was able to gage the styles we likes then showed us an online version which was the mix of all 3! We didnt feel rushed and laura took the time to get to know us and our sleeping styles.

We entered the store knowing we were going to buy a bed but the service of Andy just made for a swift, efficient and enjoyable experience. We were able to explain what we wanted and he showed us the options to suit our needs. He also explained how the pricing structure worked. He was never pushy but kept a professional (and welcome) distance, jumping over to us as soon as we were ready to move discussions forward. The choice available to us was spot on. Andy made useful suggestions which did not feel at all like some over-eager salespeople can come across but instead opened our eyes to options (which we were happy to consider fully). We have always been more than happy with Dreams for our bedroom furniture purchases but the service received in the St Helens store was second to none. We left as happy customers and now can't wait for our new bed to arrive. Thanks Dreams, thanks Andy.

Excellent visit to the dreams store. staff approach and explained what the different mattress qualities involved and left us to browse at are leasure but was there when we had questions that he was very noligable about and made us feel very comfortable while we were in the store offering us tea or coffee while we looked round .
