Andy the instore salesperson was very helpful in demonstrating how to open the ottam bed and efficient with processing our order. He was very pleasant withoht being too 'pushy'. I was kept informed of my delivery time and the bed was deluvered promptly without any damage. I would certainly buy from this store again.

Excellent service from sales assistant in store (Kevin) to the delivery team. Sales assistant was friendly & helpful without being intrusive, listened to our needs & took us to exactly what we were looking for. Product was delivered in pristine condition, very pleased with quality of product & price we paid. Excellent value for money. Delivery team were friendly, professional & respectful of our home. As I entered the shop I was greeted by a friendly smile and Laura was very pleasant and new what she was talking about I was very happy to place my order as I was happy with the service I received.

The member of staff, Laura, explained all our options fully! She was very knowledgeable & we felt confident she knew what she was selling.

Adrew gave us both time and space to help chose our bed, he was helpful when asked, he also gave us good advice and plenty of coffee.

The salesman Andy was really pleasant as we entered the store he approached us with a smile 😊 on his face and greeted us warmly. We asked him about the tempur beds and he fully went through all the products explaining everything about them. We tried them all he carried a pillow to test also and we knew by the end of it all what we wanted. He is a credit to your company and was excellent service from start to finish, considering we only went in to look as we attended next door to buy a light bulb not come out to buy a new bed😄. Overall a pleasant constructive purchase, through a pleasant member of staff.

Staff member Julie very polite, explained what we were after she should us. Gave advice and was really patient and understanding explaining to Paul who has learning disability .

I was given a vast amount of time and help deciding what kind of bed and mattress would best meet my requirements. I had no idea what I wanted and what the options were when I stepped into the store, but the friendly staff member explained the important differences between the different beds and mattresses, made me a delicious coffee and gave me plenty of time to test out the various mattresses in the store, without my feeling under any pressure to "close the deal". He was very understanding when I explained that I wanted to shop around to find the best price, but in fact the price at Dreams was half what I could find elsewhere and the store manager gave us a discount on top of that! I had a very narrow window of a couple of days when I needed the bed to be delivered and am amazed that this was possible! I've had a lovely day out choosing my new bed and can't wait to spend the night with it! Thanks a million!
