SHOWROOM WELL LAID OUT AND GOOD INFO.

The gentleman,Kevin, who served me was friendly,attentive and knew his product inside- out.He wasn’t “pushy”,but guided me through the different types and prices in a clear and concise manner. Altogether a pleasant experience.

The staff was amazing, took there time explaining everything, helping me pick out the best mattress for my needs and very friendly and comfortable atmosphere

Andy took his time to explain the differences in all the tempur mattress and encouraged us try the different mattresses to enable us to choose correctly even suggesting the different pillows to see which ones were the most comfortable for us.

Andy was a massive help. No problems.

Laura who dealt with us was very patient with us in the 3 visits to the store that it took for us to purchase our bed. So we very knowledgeable and friendly.

The assistant gave me all the information I asked for and was very helpful and pleasant

The service was exceptional and genuine. The offer of a coffee and looking after coats whilst trying the beds was a welcoming and reassuring gesture. An initial explanation about options and then being left for as long as we required before more detailed discussion was relaxing and ideal.

The shop assistant was very patient with my wife and myself as we both have different beds and she quite understood our individual needs.
