We were greeted by a few staff on our visit, who ensured that we were well taken care of. They made the time for us to find out what items we were looking for, and were able to offer us amazing deals on the product. Very happy with the service we obtained!

Andrew assisted us with our request as we weren't sure about what mattress would be suitable. Andrew guided us the the different types on display and encouraged us to try them. He left us for enough time to try the item without us feeling conspicuous, even making suggestions for suitable plows are my enquiry about them. He was very knowledgeable about the different items on display and made us feel very much at home ( even offering us a coffee whilst we decided)

I had been given a recommendation by two friends who had recently purchased items from Dreams and after hearing of their experiences, I was happy to make a purchase myself. I am awaiting delivery of my order on Tuesday, 19th June, and am assuming everything will be satisfactory then.

Assistant was very pleasant and not pushy we told her what we were looking for and she showed us the beds explained what combinations it came in and delivery times.

Staff took time to explain the products suited to our needs. We didn't place an order on our first visit as need ed to check measurements of bedroom but we were not harassed to place an order. We didn't return for a number of weeks but Laura remember us and the product we were interested in. Enjoyed a nice cup of coffee while going through the details of our order. All staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

ANDY was very pleasant & helpful during our visit to the store. Did not feel under any pressure & let us wander around. After browsing around and making a choice Andy sorted everything out for us without any fuss.
