The store assistant, Kevin, was excellent. His approach was friendly, there was no high pressure selling, he was well informed and gave us the required attention. He helped to create an excellent experience. The products seem to be high quality, and there was plenty of choice. Options were explained effectively to us. We were made to feel very welcome. Would definitely return.

from the moment we entered store, Laura greeted us in a friendly manner, and showed us variations of our requirements of bed and base. Laura left us, telling us to take our time trying out the various beds/bases, coming over to us when she thought we might like more information. We took a very long time trying out the variations on offer, Laura making a drink for us. We did not feel pressurised in any way and were very impressed with her knowledge of the various products.

The colleagues were all so friendly and attentive. They listened to us and provided us with drinks. They also enabled our two young children to colour calmly which allowed us to browse around the store without feeling under pressure. The children were spoken to in a kind and friendly manner and so they also enjoyed the experience in store today.

Fantastic customer service!..JULIE was brilliant a lovely approachable well knowledgeable lady..The gentleman working along side her was equally as professional as was the other female assistant..They could not do enough to help us, offering drinks to entertaining our 12yr old son with the relaxation pod!

the staff where friendly helpful had time for us where polite throughout the whole experience explained all our options we had purchased from this store and this staff member before and would recomend her to any friend or colleague as she was a joy to shop with so much so we would have waited to deal with her especially in total the whole experience of using your store is excellent
