The time and patience Andrew and his colleagues gave was outstanding They made us feel that nothing was to much trouble , they offer us tea , coffee , water , was we comfortable, they talked us through every aspect of the purchase we made it was like to talking to a friend.

Perfect level of service - there when needed but not intrusive

Very helpfully in sales and item delivered on time on day agreed. However would have liked it before the date of delivery. Not the person in stores fault. He can only work with dates you give him.

Laura was very friendly and helpful she steered us in the right direction.

The staff are amazing at dreams. This is the second time I have purchased from dreams in the last 12 months. Andy was fantastic (including his great ginger beard!!) and knew his stuff. He conducted demos of the TVs to help me choose, was honest, professional and knowledgable helping me make the right choice for me. I will defo be returning!!

Richard in the St Helen's store really looked after us. He explained everything clearly and left us to browse before helping us to decide. He understood our query about back pain and was able to explain the best options for us. The store was clearly colour coded to help.... we thought that was just brilliant!

The Staff were all very helpful and didn't mind us going between beds for a lie down on them to see how they felt. Even when we kept going back to the same beds. Staff were also very friendly and put us at ease.

The visit to the store was very pleasant, and staff very knowledgable and friendly.
