Staff were brilliant and friendly, they gave me all the information I needed and let me try out different mattresses to suit my needs. They even offered and gave me a cup of coffee which was really nice. They were just great all round. No complaints whatsoever.

On arrival to the store we were greeted by a lovely lady who was eager to help! As this was our first time buying a bed at dreams she informed us on all the different styles of mattress & then we gave her our budget. Straight away she showed us the beds within our budget which were perfect! We bought our full bed including frame & mattress on this visit and are super pleased with the discount! Also, mattress, pillows, mattress protector were all included and I am very pleased & highly satisfied! Thank You Laura at St Helens Store.

I was very pleased with the attention to detail shown by your assistant Laura s knowledge and help in choosing the bed for me.

Me and my partner had looked online but wanted to see the bed in person and we popped in to the St Helens store just before closing at around ten to 6. From walking in we were assisted by Laura who was absolutely fabulous. Informative, not pushy, gave us time, established our needs, stayed late! And generally just made us feel at ease. Very friendly and chatty too. Thanks Laura :-)
