Friendly staff but not at all pushy.

Excellent range of beds; qualities and prices clearly labelled; relaxed, no-pressure sales technique; excellent advice from salesman; reasonable prices with useful 'extras' included (pillows); convenient delivery options; extremely personable and friendly sales advisor (Andy with the long ginger beard!); a very pleasant experience all round.

I called in a few weeks ago and spoke to Laura and Julie at the St Helens store and informed them if my circumstances and that I was moving but never had a move date and they were great and explained everything to me. I was that happy with the service I called back today to make the purchase as I have a move date now. I can't speak highly enough of your staff they are a credit to your business

The staff at the St Helens store were a total credit to dreams they made everything so easy and there knowledge was fantastic. I can't thank them enough

Staff all very helpful and friendly

As already stated nice to actually speak to someone who knows about the product in detail. No pressure to buy, friendly approach with nothing to much trouble showing and trying the product in the shop. So much nicer being able to see and speak to friendly staff.even made me a drink whilst in the store.

We explained what we required and were given the option of the alternative replacement we had time to choose our preference

An assistant, Richard asked would I like any assistance as soon as he was available. He was very helpful and informative. He gave me details and options of the different types of bed with tv. I thoroughly enjoyed a hot chocolate as we sorted out the finances.

The assistant was knowledgeable, gave brilliant advice, gave us all the options and was friendly and came across as a very genuine person not a pushy, over the top salesman like in other stores.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff who did not pressurise us.
