Very friendly and not pushy sales assistant, allowing us the time to make our choices and made sure we picked the right bed for our room.

It was so easy to shop in your store. Everything was laid out methodically and straight forward to look at your staff member Andy was excellent.

I was very impressed with the staff how I was treated and the help I had. It was my first time shopping at Dreams I wouldn't hesitate to go there again. To be told for an extra £48 my old bed would be dismantled and all rubbish would be taken away, plus my new purchase would be assembled for me was the icing on the cake. Very pleased with my shopping trip to Drexams would definitely recommend them.

We dealt with Andy who helped me and my partner find the right mattress for us as we both have different needs. He was very friendly and attentive and gave us loads of information! We also dealt with Richard the manager who was also very friendly and attentive!
