Product knowledge of assistant and ease by which she was able to help us make a rational choice of bed.

Assistant knowledgeable but not pushy. Gave good constructive advice on understanding our requirements. The store was set out to enable us to understand the quality etc.and as sale was on the prices were very competitive without compromising on the quality

The sale an Kevin was very helpful, he even remembered us from a previous visit several weeks ago, when he was very helpful in showing us different lines. We returned to place the order and specifically asked for Kevin because of his attitude on our first visit

the employee new the product inside and out and was able to find the bed and mattress we where looking for.

Served by Richard, he understood what i was looking for, knew exactly where it was and was able to explain in easy to understand terms , the differences between products. He was also friendly and polite.

The assistance given by the Salesman, Kevin, was excellent

Kevin made us feel really welcome showed us lot's of beds within our budget he had lots of knoledge of them all to. even enjoyed a cuppa while we shopped around there was no hard sale he gave us space to talk things through and decided witch we liked best we even got free delivery can't be deffently recommend to family and friends for sure our next bed my deam bed temper 😀🛌💤

I was very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism with which I was treated at the St Helens store. Richard, Kevin, Julie and Laura helped me to choose two adjustable single beds at the store.

The assistance I received when shopping with my daughter was first class. The store was clean and well set out. Julie who served us was excellent. Friendly, informative and nothing was too much trouble. She is a real credit to the store and to the brand. My daughter and I were made to feel very welcome and I have already planned a return trip and recommended to friends and family.
