We were allowed to browse without much interference from the staff, they only came over to explain what type of matresses were on with the coloured foot end fabric. They asked if we would like a drink and then we were left to browse

KEVIN was very help full nothing was to much trouble we tried at least 6 beds befour we picked the one .we even had coffee why he booked delivery days he was great thank you soo much .

Andrew the assistant was fab. Knowledgeable, not at all pushy, answered all our questions, made us lovely coffee, dealt with order quickly and efficiently. I hope the beds when they eventually arrive live up to expectations. Thank you Andrew and Dreams St Helens .

Kevin was very professional, pleasant and attentive providing information about the mattress and beds, he helped mum on and off various beds to try out firmness and offered drinks, being extremely courteous when we sat down to order

The store assistant Richard, was very helpful and friendly, he helped us understand the differences between bed choices and answered all our questions fully and in great detail.
