Lots of choice, very helpful assistant who took time to listen to exactly what we wanted/needed and the "WOW" bed i wanted.

Everything went according to plan, good selection of beds and bedding. Staff very friendly and helpful which made the choice quick and easy. We were offered a coffee or tea while we made our choice

Kevin was very good and efficient,we got the right mattress for our needs

Explanation of colour code system, new exactly what I was looking for, order placed within 30 mins of entering the store 😉

After a conversation with Julie regarding our needs and wants ..she showed us to the matteresses that would suite us .she left us for a while ehy my husband and i tried out the quality . comfort and size .. Julies was straight on us when we needed advice ..( as im menopausal) she put my on the right tracks for all that i needed to keep cool when asleep ..Thank uou Julie

Laura who served me was very helpful I told her what I wanted and she helped me choose my ideal bed and mattress, she offered us drinks and was welcoming highly satisfied today at Dreams thank you 😊

The assistant was very easy to talk to, she was knowledgable and patient as I took a long time to decide between 2 mattresses.

The product knowledge of staff,friendliness and service on our visit was excellent, nothing was too much trouble,we were treated like old friends!
