Very friendly and welcoming staff, offering drinks. Very knowledgeable about the products.My disabled daughter needed a new bed and she found their knowledge very helpful in choosing the right bed for her requirements.

The staff in the store were very welcoming. The ease of finding the product we wanted was excellent. The knowledge of the staff was really good.

The staff asked what we were looking for and advised us on what would be best. Gave is pillows to test the mattress. Told us about the different mattresses. Offered us beverages. Allowed us time on our own to decide.

All the staff on site were friendly and accommodating. The salesman we dealt with, Kevin, was exceptional as far as his product knowledge and willingness to help went. We had only popped in the day before to have a look but his positive attitude and willingness to be helpful really sold us on not bothering to go look elsewhere and return the following day, having measured our bedroom, to make the purchase.

The colleague who helped us Kevin was really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

I visited with my Mum who had visited Dreams alone earlier in the week and wanted my view (second opinion). Kevin in store, remembered my Mum as he had assisted her when she had visited previously. I myself have a retail business and understand exceptional service. Kevin was fantastic in the way he expertly guided my Mum through the whole selection process, never did she feel under pressure just well informed and reassured. For Mum this was a big deal and something she hadn’t done alone since loosing Dad so I could tell she was overwhelmed at times but Kevin’s friendly no pressure approach made the process less daunting which is why I would highly recommend Dreams in St Helens to anyone looking for a new mattress or bed.

I think Andy in St. Helens served us he was very lovely, didn’t just hover he Gave us time to look around as well as recommendations. Offered different products and warrenty we didn’t know about, explained well. Didn’t just take us to a £2000 bed understood our budget and recommended the right products.

I was not sure what I was really looking for,but Laura was extremely helpful and I was invited to try plenty of different mattresses without being pressurised at all.
