The guy at dreams was only to happy to help " he answered and understood all our needs "" wasn't in our face all the time " very polite and professional no pressure felt from him " he was very good and extremely helpful

Kevin from St helens spent alot of time with us to help us choose and decide. He was not pushy but really helpful and knowledgeable,actually the whole store staff were very friendly and made us feel at ease.

the staff seems very understanding about my husband ian's back problems with mattress and myself and ian went on machine to see which mattress suit us it is fab technology. i do pray that our new mattress is better this time as delivery on friday 1st october, also staff is very respect and helpful with us and very informative explain things to us. very impressive knowledge all sort of mattress staff explained.

We were greeted with a warm, courteous welcome. The person who attended to us was professional and friendly and took the time to explain all the options without being overbearing as some sales partners can be. The shop itself was spacious, well presented with a huge choice and very clean.
