Dreams - St Helens

We were looking around to buy a new bed as there were a few sales we wanted to check out. But we happened to find a bed with the help of the sales team within the hour that we walked in.

Laura the sales assistant was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She spent time with us understanding our needs and helping us to choose the best products for us. I also had a nice cup of coffee.

I visited the St Hels store and was assisted by Laura. Simply put she is an asset to your organisation. Extremely knowledgeable on product range and keen to understand customer needs. She also makes the effort to build report with customers rather than the typical pressure sales approach. May I just say whatever you pay Laura isn’t enough! If she isn’t on an accelerated management programme already you need to get her on one, sharpish, before one of your competitors do!

My wife and I found our first experience of dreams impressive from the moment we walked through the door. Andrew welcomed us and made himself known asked had we been to Dreams before to which we replied no so he took time to explain the products in the store, how to test them and then encouraged us to take some time to test them letting us know that he was available at any time should we need any assistance or information. We decided on two beds and Andrew explained all the options and delivery dates etc. We were offered drinks during our visit and all the staff were very pleasant and approachable. Processing the order and payment was very efficient with all the details and options clearly explained by Andrew. I have to say that Andrew is extremely professional and a pleasure to deal wit,m he certainly is in our opinion an asset to Dreams and the St Helens shop..

I have had trouble with another bed company and Laura at the Sthelens branch made my decision a lot easier to make about the products I wanted.

We were advised of all the options available to us in an extremely friendly manner, put at our ease when we were invited to try out the beds. For some reason this can be an embarrassing situation but the gentleman who served us was able to encourage us to make sure that we were choosing the right bed for us and we ended up telling some of our 'secrets' we were so relaxed !!
