very friendly staff overall a good experiance

Myself and partner were impressed with the high level of service instore, our children came along and there was area for them to play whilst we browsed. We found our ideal mattress with knowledgeable assistance from Andy. We would highly recommend dreams to our family and friends.

Laura was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and answered any questions we had she was a credit to the store.

The assistance was really helpful and no pressured sales at all. We were given loads of time and advice and even given a lovely cappuccino each. Our little lad was colouring in pictures the store had available and we all felt really relaxed and comfortable with every staff member we encountered.
