We found it quick and easy to find the mattress we wanted by a very friendly salesman. The main thing I liked was the mattress cover to use and the fact the old mattress will be taken away by the dreams team.

Staff knowledgeable about products and quick to appreciate our requirements. Very quick conclusion of sale.

Having shopped around for a few weeks looking for 2 double beds with storage and a colour that matched the bedrooms at the right price I was very pleased with the help and product knowledge of Laura at your st helens store she was very helpfully even sorting out the dates for us regarding delivery and having it set up on the day I would highly recommend your store

The staff member (Kevin) was very friendly, made us feel welcome, but he was NOT pushy like in some furniture stores etc...... He was quick to explain what the colour coding system for the type of mattress was, which kinda saved us some time browsing. A big plus was the pillows you had to try while lying down on the bed, I ended up purchasing a Tempur pillow which I would NOT of done other wise, I have tried it and it seems great and value for money at £70. We was even offered a hot beverage before and after we had decided to make a purchase, we declined but it was still a nice touch.

From the moment we stepped into the store Kevin took excellent care of us, listening to our needs and advising us of the most suitable products. He was very friendly and professional, ensuring we got the best deal we could.

Sales assistant was most helpful. Asked questions to understand our needs and had great product knowledge to make suggestions on which mattress might be what we are looking for. All staff were polite, friendly and went out of their way to welcome us into the store.

This was an amazing experience at the store in St Helens. Laura greeted us in the doorway as we walked in. She asked us if we needed any help and then stayed with us for the entire visit, only leaving us at the appropriate times when we needed to discuss things. Whilst Laura was taking us around, her colleague asked us if we wanted a hot drink. We have a seven year old Autistic boy and a five year old girl who were offered and then given a hot chocolate. They were asked by one of Laura's colleagues if they would like to sit and do some colouring. The staff were so welcoming that the children were happy to go with them, giving us the right amount of time with Laura for her to explain the different mattress properties and for us to make an informed choice. We both noticed that the staff actively helped each other, without being intrusive. The team works very much as "one". We have already recommended the store to others and that's even before we have received our bed. It was a pleasure to go there. Some stores can be very "faceless" or overpowering in their sales technique but the team in St Helens have the correct balance. We would certainly return when we next need another bed.
