Dreams - St Helens

Member of staff was very helpful as I made more than one visit to store. He took the time to explain everything and the offer of a drink was much appreciated. Staff were happy and this made a difference to my experience.

Very helpful assistant ,Laura . Very pleased with our purchase and explained everything to us in a professional manner.

Julia was always on hand to help and answer our questions and very experienced. At the same time we were not, "hassled," and allowed plenty of time to browse until we made our decision to purchase.

The assistant Andy was very helpful and knowledgeable and professional. I was just very satisfied with the visit to the store.

Great staff

I found the staff very good couldn’t do enough for me, I was given a cup of coffee whilst Julie attended to my order, I have bought before from Dreams and would recommend them to everyone.

Kevin, the sales assistant in St HELENS Store was extremely helpful and patient with myself and my daughter who were selecting multiple products. Nothing was too much and Kevin was very knowledgable about all the products.

The assistant was both pleasant and very helpful and very efficient.

I had a specific reason for visiting the store, adjustable beds. The assistant was attentive and informative without being intrusive. He answered all my questions and I was offered a coffee whilst testing the beds. The store is bright, clean and welcoming with friendly staff.

The 2 members of staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the product I purchased and made the whole experience easy
