I was served to a high standard as soon as I walked in from start to finish

The staff were informative, polite and friendly. Any questions we had were answered. We were looked after and supplied with countless hot drinks whilst we were in store for upwards of 2 and a half hours. Fantastic shopping experience.

Kevin greeted us and enquired as to our visit. When we specified we were interested in mattresses he gave us an overview of styles makes and firmness without being pushy. He was very friendly and helpful. We decided to purchase from you that day - we had just come in for a look, because Kevin provided enough information for us to make a decision.

I visited the store today to help my Aunt purchase a bed, mattress and headboard. After entering the store we received a friendly welcome from a member of staff and were advised of the location of the products in the store. After a short time we were again approached by a member of staff who asked if we needed any assistance. With the high number of products available we definitely needed help and advice. My Aunt advised Kevin, an assistant of her requirements, i.e. the type of bed and mattress preferred and of her reasons why. Initially she was shown a range of mattresses i.e. hard, medium, soft and invited to try them for comfort. Kevin clearly had an excellent knowledge of all the products and his advice was clear and concise. Once a preferred type of mattress was chosen, she was shown a number of makes and models of beds & mattresses and a range of prices. All of our questions were answered by Kevin. My Aunt decided to buy a bed, mattress and headboard and I was confident she was very happy with what she had chosen and the price paid. The good service continued with options for delivery and removal of the old bed and mattress.

The staff were very friendly offered us a coffee and explained everything about the items we asked about, very good customer service.xx

The store advisor introduced himself, explained the difference in beds, then allowed us to look around without being hasseled, but was available for any questions

Highly satisfied with care attention from the moment I asked a question about the product until the moment I made my decision. The colleague was helpful right from the start. I was more than happy to listen to the advice he gave me.
