Toni the assistant really looked after. Allowing me to try different mattresses until I found something I liked and even supplied me with a drink of water whilst we placed the order.

Kevin sales advisor understood what I was looking and gave me the information I needed on the bed frame and mattress

Ordered previous [Double] Thempur mattress and base from Dreams so we returned to upgrade to a [King Size] model of the same model. Bought from a different store due to a recent house move so couldn't find our initial order of two years ago but [Kevin] was very helpful and showed my wife and myself to the range. We knew what we wanted when entering the store and was please to find the assistant not try to flog us another brand. Ordering and delivery were within our time frame.

This store is great, after visitng some other well known stores, this was by far the best for service, product quality, price, and making you feel at ease to take your time to find the right bed for you.
