Kevin looked after us made us feel welcome and got what we wanted and made cups of tea not everyone does that nowadays was really satisfied

Staff very friendly and approachable didn’t feel like you was getting mithered the minute you walk through the door. Staff shown many options of the bed I wanted and helped make the descion easy for me, also shown me many options of mattresses and patiently waited why I tried a few out and chose one.

Ashley took the time to listen to our needs and made several recommendations, then left us to try out a couple of mattresses. He came back to check we were alright but didn't hover or get in the way. He explained prices, options and delivery dates and answered all of our queries.
