Toni the sales assistant was excellent in her approach to us initially. Her product knowledge, encouragment for us to test various mattresses, pillows etc & her ease witj speaking to us was excellent. Allowed us to make our decisions on our purchases in our own time. The ease with how we were able to complete our purchases & the relaxed friendly manner in how she conducted this were a credit to both her & the store. Would definitely recommend Dreams based on our experience today.

I visited the Dreams store in St.Helens to purchase a suitable bed frame and mattress. Due to the fact that I have specific needs I asked for advice as to which mattress would be suitable for my needs. I was assisted by Ashley who was extremely helpful a credit to the store, he went above and beyond and offered me a range of mattresses to choose from. I was very impressed whilst visiting the store as my husband and I were given advice and privacy to discuss which bed frame and mattress to chose from without being pressurized or rushed into a decision. I would highly recommend Dreams in the future.

Much cheaper than other leading stores and highly professional

Ashley was very friendly and knowledgable. We were able to look at the items in the store without feeling any pressure to buy. When we did choose Ashley helped us to tailor the wardrobes to suit our needs.
