The member of staff was welcoming, accommodating and very knowledgeable. I came away confident that the purchase would be right for us. He took time to listen to our needs and skilfully showed us the matching mattresses. He gave me space to test and didn’t make me feel pressured at any time. I couldn’t have asked for a better level of service.

I thought it would be a difficult process choosing a new double bed, but Julia guided us through the available options in a very helpful way allowing us to go at our own pace. Everything was explained clearly and she listened to our requirements. We were each served an excellent cup of coffee, we were given different pillows to try, we tried quite a number of different mattresses and the whole process was done and dusted within the hour or so that we had allowed.

I came in store today to purchase a mattress. The answers to my questions were explained fully and were easy to understand. Toni the sales assistant even offered me a cup of coffee while I tried out the mattresses.

Came in and was given a few minutes to look around, greated by a friendly staff member. He knew about the products we were asking about. Didn't pressure us into anything. Very helped. Offered us a beverage
