Kevin was extremely helpful from the moment I walked into the store. He showed me the bed choosing device and took time getting to know what I required. He offered refreshments and was very knowledgeable of the products.

The sales assistant, Ashley, was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The headboard we picked was fairly priced and the overall transaction was pleasant, calm and expertly-handled.

We were helped to make a decision in an nonpressurised and informative manner.

Very welcoming listened to our needs showed us a selection of mattresses that would suit us offered us refreshments overall a good experience

The assistance we received from Ashley was brilliant he didn't pounce as soon as we entered and nothing was too much trouble he offered guidance which we needed brilliant, also offered tea or coffee and a lovely feeling in store

A great visit to the store , staff weren’t too pushy but we’re on hand to help , the products were all displayed very well and we were encouraged to try Ashley served us and could not have been more helpful, a great experience will definitely go back when I need more items.
