Dreams - St Helens

Called the St Helens store prior to purchase for information regarding the mattress that we wanted to try. Spoke to Ashley who was very friendly and helpful. Called in today Ashley was waiting for us went out of his way to set up a trial for us and we made our purchase. Standard of customer service was excellent. Thank you Ashley .

Staff were friendly and helpful,no pushing of products that we were not looking for and gave us time to find what we were thinking of purchasing good shopping experience all round,not received our order as yet so cannot comment on quality.

My brother ( who the bed is for ) has learning difficulty and is severly handicapped. He was with me to choose his bed and the assistant ( Kevin ) was very understanding with my brothers needs.We were looked after very well.

The assistant, Andy, was friendly welcoming + informative. The store was clean and well organised and we didn't feel pressured in any way.

Kevin was very friendly and attentive. Showed a vast range of items trying to find the ideal product within my price range and explained the benefits and features of each product.

Very attentive sales staff, nothing was too much trouble.

When we arrived we were offered a drink Toni introduced herself and asked what we were looking for and I said single beds and she said the single beds were upstairs so she took us upstairs and showed us the range of beds and she told us about the range and she asked what type of bed and we said we only wanted a wooden bed frame when we seen the frame we said we had mattress for the bed and Toni said ok .Then we went back downstairs and I asked about king size mattress and Toni showed us the mattresses and when we seen one we liked Toni suggested we lie on one she gave us a couple of pillows to lie on weren’t we decided on one we went do paperwork and sort delivery date it was coming next week

Andy and kevin gave great service even got a coffee. your staff are a credit to the company.

Sales assistants were really friendly and helpful, not pushy at all! Smooth delivery booking process, even bought a pillow from the store, (which we weren’t shopping for at the time!) we were offered a drink which was a nice touch. Overall very happy with the whole experience.
