The people at dreams (st helens) where very nice,funny and had a good sense of humour they where all very friendly and helpful and made sure we where getting the right bed for us we felt very satisfied from walking through the door to when we left

The store was very clean and tidy with a good variety of products. The staff were very helpful and hospitable and seemed very adept at their jobs.

Staff friendly and knowledgable and they took time to understand my needs. They explained everything in a way I could understand. The computer matched me with a mattress that I'd come into store to buy from a previous visit. Matching me to the one I'd planned to buy gave me more confidence with my purchase. Was offered drinks. Staff did best to get me cheapest price. Loved being given a pillow to test the beds with - loved them so bought 2. Staff shook my hand when I left. I'll never shop at Bensons Beds again!

The Dreams colleague, Ashley, was very patient and understanding and took time to help me with all my queries and gave me several choices of beds to look at. I did need help in choosing a new bed and his expertise was very much appreciated because without it I would have struggled.

The quality of the furniture was superb; the sales assistant was very knowledgable, helpful and friendly and went out of his way to explain the differences in mattresses and their benefits. Once I'd chosen what I wanted to buy, the ordering process was swift and the delivery process and time was explained thoroughly. It was a brilliant and highly enjoyable shopping experience.

Was approached by a smiling friendly staff member called Toni who realised we couldn’t find what we came to look for, we felt reassured when she came and took us to the lift as we had our daughter in her pram to the other beds available. She was so reassuring and knowledgable which helped us feel at ease. When we went to order our bed and mattress we were also offered a hot or cold drink which was exceptional customer service thank you!
