Kevin, the Sales Person at St. Helens Store, was very knowledgeable about the products I wished to purchase and encouraged me to try several mattresses after being recommended certain ones by the Mattress Advisory Machine? He was also a very likeable person and we had a laugh whilst maintaining a good, customer/salesperson relationship. I was very satisfied with the attention to detail Kevin relayed to me and I hope when I take delivery of the goods that satisfaction will continue. Kevin was a very, very good sales person and very well mannered. He is a credit to your Company.

Nice customer service , explained all aspect which i asked for.

The staff where very polite and allowed us to relax and test the beds. Without asking they figured out that our budget wasn't top end and offered products suited to our style and price range. I actually didn't intend to buy a bed that day but I did and was/am extremely happy that I did.
