The member of staff who helped us out was able to take us straight to the bed we asked about and explained all about the accessories that we could purchase along with the bed and at a discounted price if we bought as a bundle. Ashely answered all our questioned that we weren’t sure of and offered us pillows and duvets at the time of purchase as we qualified for them at checkout. The ordered went through in minutes with ease and no hassle at all.

Went in after looking online at some offers & deals but wanted to try the mattress put the store assistant was brilliant made me feel comfortable I was offered drinks & was told whatever I wanted they could help offered me deals , some great prices they lady was Julie from my local store in St. Helens was really nice & friendly listened to what I was after and help me try & chose one I can't wait for it to be delivered now and will highly recommend to my friends and family

Assistant was very friendly, efficient, and had a good knowledge of products. He went out of his way to understand our needs and advise us accordingly making it a very satisfying visit.

Welcoming and very helpful because we have not bought a bed for a very long time and we did not no where to start ,so meeting Andy was great to help putting our needs right from the start

Salesman was friendly without being overbearing. He listened to what we were looking for (a 29 inch wide single bed) and was able to identify the appropriate options with the minimum of fuss. He was then happy for us to chose, based on our comfort, without pressing us to buy any particular one.

I especially liked the machine to find my perfect mattress. went away feeling confident of my purchase. even better have the option to return if the mattress doesn't suit.

Kevin who helped me was great the shop was so hot as heating just turned on so he turned it down otherwise I would have had to leave. He was so so helpful and spent time offered drinks . What a nice guy he was thanks Kevin
