Our experience in the St. Helens store today was extremely enjoyable. On arrival we were asked did we need any assistance and we were shown to the correct area for our needs. Kevin the assistant was extremely helpful and polite and very efficient. We were pleased with the beds on offer and they met our needs. Kevin offered us a drink and we also experienced the mattress testing machine (which was very enjoyable!)

I wash highly satisfied because of the service that I received from Andrew who was my sales man. He covered everything that I needed to know. And very courteous with it. Nothing was to much for him.

Andy was very friendly and knowledgeable , but allowed us time to look by ourselves. Didn’t feel pressured to buy but he was available to give us advice. Very good service, thank you.
