Dreams - St Helens

Assistant was knowledgeable, gave relevant information and left us time/alone to make final decision. Didn't feel any pressure to buy from the store. Gave lovely coffee and interacted with all store staff while placing order - very friendly team.

Julie was extremely helpful offered a drink and listened to our needs there was no hard sell the whole experience was relaxed

Ash was friendly and helpful, got us free coffee. Used the lift as had a newborn in a pram.

We visited the store and Ashley was extremely helpful and took time to find us the perfect mattress. Efficient, expert service and they even gave our daughter a balloon to keep her entertained whilst we looked around the store!

I was very highly satisfied with what I was offered and what I got, the colleague offered us all a hot chocolate and asked us if we needed anything to feel comfortable with are experience at dreams, it was very tidy, I noticed if there was something messed up another colleague would come very quickly and clean it, my overall expectations and experience was very good thank you Kevin and the rest of the dream team. I would definitely come here again.

This is the second bed purchased at dreams...like the customer service that’s provided and the friendliness of the staff..especially on my recent purchase...a guy called Andy,,well done Andy!

when we arrived we were seen almost straight away and the salesman asked us what we required he then showed us items of interest when we picked what we wanted he sorted things out then helped us select a matching head board we the went ahead and sorted out the paper work which was again straight forward he then asked us about delivery we agreed on a date but were given the option of changing if need arose we now look forward to receiving the delivery

Assistant was very polite and helpful could not do enough for us, was also very knowledgeable and gave good advice.

After visiting multiple bed shops within my area we decided to pop into Dreams as well. We where very impressed with the dreams sleep match it recommended multiple mattresses and the first one it recommended was perfect.The staff where helpful and not overbearing, they knew when to leave myself and my partner to discuss our options. I wont be buying a bed from any other company in the future. Thank you to the Dreams Team!
