The assistant was very helpful, polite, patient and willing to take as long as needed. We were offered a choice of drinks and invited to try out as many of the beds as we wished.

Kevin was very friendly, knowledgable and took time with us to make sure we ordered the bed that was right for us. He recommended pillows, mattresses protector, fitted sheets etc and explained everything clearly. Kevin has a lovely manner and is very patient.

The staff were very helpful, offered tea and coffee, juice and a sweet or two for the kids, let the kids lie on the beds and kept them entertained while we looked, knowledge of different beds, products and offers was excellent...I couldn't fault anything. No pressure, let us take our time, didnt hassle us. All round excellent. I only said satisfactory for things related to price because it's an expensive purchase.

The bed and mattress were for my 16 year old son. He used the machine to assess which mattress would suit him and found the experience useful. The salesman Kevin was very helpful and friendly
