The staff greeted me straight away. They were helpful and friendly. They showed me a choice of products and found me exactly what I needed. Once I had decided they made me a cup of the best hot chocolate ever. Really polite professional service. And the bed I bought was a bargain! Went into buy quilts, pillows and bed sheets.

The salesmen in the StHelens store were very friendly and helpful and made the shopping experience very pleasant. They made sure we made the right choice of bed.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and tailored the visit to our specific requirements. We were given time and space on our own to test out the beds and make an unpressured decision.

We were greeted upon arrival ,toni was the advisor and was very helpful and understanding to our problems...took the time to listen and advise us..and was interested in us at all times..offered us a drink too. told us about the machine that helps with the choice of mattress which we also found helpful
