Good parking and ease of access if person has disability , store set out to able disabled persons to move around without obstructions . Store spotlessly clean and coupled with a friendly sales person it gives a pleasurable experience .

HI RECENTLY VISITED ST HELENS STORE SPOKE TO ASHLEY HIGHLY SATISFIED HAVE BEEN IN BEFORE AND SPOKE TO THE OTHER MANAGER FOUND HIM VERY UN HELPFUL .HE DIDN'T LOOK AT ALL WELL WHEN I VISITED, HE SHOULD BE OFF SICK IN MY OPION . THE STAFF SEEMED RELAXED TODAY COS THE OTHER GUY WASN'T IN STAFF SEEMED REALLY HAPPY FRIDAY. ASHLEY HAS BEEN A MANAGER BEFORE THIS ROLE REALLY SUITS ASHLEY AND IN MY OPION HE SHOULD BE GIVEN THE ROLE OF MANAGER AT ST HELENS . WAS GREETED AT THE DOOR BY ASHLEY ,HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PASSIONATE ABOUT HIS JOB WE HAD A GO ON THE SLEEP MATCH ASHLEY RECOMMEND THIS TO US . WAS OFFERED A DRINK TO AND LOOKED AT PILLOWS WASN'T RUSHED INTO BUYING ANY PRODUCT .TOTALLY SATISFIED ON THIS VISIT TO DREAMS WILL VISIT AGAIN ONLY IF ASHLEY IS WORKING . I was offered refreshments during my visit as it was my first visit in dreams & buying a bed. I was helped a lot by toni in st helens. I will highly recommend , and i will be sure to be back shopping in there in the future. X

I have scored highly satisfied as my questions were answered without hesitation. I was given plenty of opportunity to try several mattresses. No pressure was put on me to purchase any particular mattress. I am now a widow and found this quite a daunting experience to do this on my own, but the assistant was very understanding.

the assistant I think is name his martin was very helpful with our purchase and we received the bed Thursday with the help of 2 lads alex &mark who couldn't do enough to help very happy with the company will use again

very friendly offered a drink by Kevin new what he was talking about tryed the mattress tester to get correct mattress got the week date that i wanted when delivered offered extra pillows to buy mattress cover protector to buy if we wanted very welcoming staff made you feel at ease
