The assistant was very helpfull and he was lovely with my 9 year old grandson who the bed was for, he could not of done more for us.

The sales assistant was a true professional .

Assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly ensuring that we were able to make the best choice for us. The whole process was quick and efficient, and the safety measures in place with regards cleanliness and our wellbeing were welcome.

when I went into the shop I did not wait long before athe assistant attended to us.it did not take me long to pick the mattress and base às what I wanted was there

Richard served us in the St Helens (Merseyside) store, although he was on his own and there were other customers in the store, he took the time to help us select and order our items. He took us through all the products, explained in detail what we were buying. All at the same time as assuring other customers that he would be with them as soon as possible, keeping the informed all the time. Excellent customer service experience, we were very very pleased.

So far so good. Have not recieved the produxlct as of yet due Saturday, so my experience may change. The staff were friendly but not pushy (really dislike that from shop assistants). Very helpful and listened to what we wanted.

Very friendly member of staff helped me to find what I was looking for as I was shopping for my daughter and keeping to her budget. I will definitely be back and using Dreams again.

We were greeted promptly after entering the store. The salesman was very polite and helpful and did everything needed to help us find the right product.
