Dreams - St Helens

I found all the shop staff very nice and friendly. I don’t normally make reviews but I make an exception in this store because they were very good. Each of the staff members introduced themselves to me and I found that to be really nice.

It seems we got the item that was right for both my wife and myself

We had looked online before visiting and had a small idea of what we wanted when coming to the store. However on arrival We were welcomed by the store assistant Andy and he then help us through the whole process of picking the perfect combination of mattress bed and head board. Andy was great with everything, from helping us with dreams bed simulator to picking the actual bed and head board. The whole process was made a lot easier by Andy helping us. When we are usually looking for products we don’t usually like help, but Andy’s whole approach really helped!

Our family has been in three times this week to purchess new bed from the St Helens store due to the high standards of service, quality of the beds and friendlyness of staff. I was offerd to try out multiple different beds that had been on the list after taking the test on which bed would be suitable for me. My family have also bought bed and found that they had received the same standard of survice while purchesing their beds. We were also offerd drinks while we waited whick had a welcoming feeling and made you feel comfortable Ashley, the man that help me, gave me different pillows to try and also gave me brilliant advice on what bed was sutible. He was also extremely patient and friendly while I tried everything out. In the future when I need another bed I will definitely be coming back here.

Professional knowledgeable and extremely friendly staff a credit to the company.

We entered the St.Helens store knowing what Divan set we wanted to buy. We where greeted straight away by Toni who was very friendly and professional. We bought a divan base previously and had a problem with it being faulty. We were allowed to exchange the old base and receive a discount on the set we where about to buy. Toni told us about some other options and explained about a Therapur Ottoman base instead of the Classic Ottoman we originally wanted. We thought having the side-opening base would be more accessible in our bedroom. She spent a good hour and a half making sure we sorted out what we wanted and explained the 0% finance in detail to myself as I've never taken credit before. I am very satisfied with this experience and will be using dreams again in the future. Thank you for making this a pleasurable experience.

Julie one dreams college was great talking me and offered me drink coffee and and to see wat bed lay on a bed to see wat sort mattors needed I was very impressed
